Analytical Exposition

Introduction

Social media refers to interaction among people in which they create, share, and/or exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and networks. Andreas Kaplan and Michael Haenlein define social media as a group of Internet-based applications that build on the ideological and technological foundations of Web 2.0, and that allow the creation and exchange of user-generated content. Furthermore, social media depends on mobile and web-based technologies to create highly interactive platforms through which individuals and communities share, co-create, discuss, and modify user-generated content. It introduces substantial and pervasive changes to communication between organizations, communities, and individuals.

Now social media is very much used by all people, including students. They use social media for a variety of things, there are positive and negative impact. Some are using it to seek knowledge, but there also are using it just to be trendy.

Benefits :

Social media has many positive impacts, that positive impacts are can find a lot of knowledge, facilitate learning activities, facilitate communication, or just for fun

Disadvantages :

Social media has many negative impacts, that negative impacts are can make users lose many of time, can reduce social interaction with the people around him, even cyber crime

Conclusion :

If social media is used in accordance with its real function, then social media can provide many benefits for many people, but if use exceeds the limit and not according to its real function, it can give a lot of negative impact, so it all depends on the awareness of each person, each person must know what social media is used for

High and Lifted Up

High and Lifted Up
It was a windy day.
The mailman barely made it to the front door. When the door opened, Mrs. Pennington said, "hello", but, before she had a real chance to say "thank you", the mail blew out of the mailman's hands, into the house and the front door slammed in his face. Mrs. Pennington ran to pick up the mail.
     "Oh my," she said.
Tommy was watching the shutters open and then shut, open and then shut.
"Mom," he said, "may I go outside?"
"Be careful," she said. "It's so windy today."
Tommy crawled down from the window-seat and ran to the door. He opened it with a bang. The wind blew fiercely and snatched the newly recovered mail from Mrs. Pennington's hands and blew it even further into the house.
"Oh my," she said again. Tommy ran outside and the door slammed shut.
Outside, yellow, gold, and red leaves were leaping from swaying trees, landing on the roof, jumping off the roof, and then chasing one another down the street in tiny whirlwinds of merriment.
     Tommy watched in fascination.
"If I was a leaf, I would fly clear across the world," Tommy thought and then ran out into the yard among the swirl of colors.
Mrs. Pennington came to the front porch.
"Tommy, I have your jacket. Please put it on."
However, there was no Tommy in the front yard.
     "Tommy?"
Tommy was a leaf. He was blowing down the street with the rest of his play-mates.
A maple leaf came close-by, touched him and moved ahead. Tommy met him shortly, brushed against him, and moved further ahead. They swirled around and around, hit cars and poles, flew up into the air and then down again.
     "This is fun," Tommy thought.
The maple leaf blew in front of him. It was bright red with well-defined veins. The sun-light shone through it giving it a brilliance never before seen by a little boy's eyes.
"Where do you think we are going?" Tommy asked the leaf.
"Does it matter?" the leaf replied. "Have fun. Life is short."
"I beg to differ," an older leaf said suddenly coming beside them. "The journey may be short, but the end is the beginning."
Tommy pondered this the best a leaf could ponder.
     "Where do we end up?"
"If the wind blows you in that direction," the old leaf said, "you will end up in the city dump."
"I don't want that," Tommy said.
"If you are blown in that direction, you will fly high into the air and see things that no leaf has seen before."
"Follow me to the city dump," the maple leaf said. "Most of my friends are there."
The wind blew Tommy and the maple leaf along. Tommy thought of his choices. He wanted to continue to play.
"Okay," Tommy said, "I will go with you to the dump."
The winds shifted and Tommy and the leaf were blown in the direction of the city dump.
The old leaf didn't follow. He was blown further down the block and suddenly lifted up high into the air.
"Hey," he called out, "the sights up here. They are spectacular. Come and see."
Tommy and the maple leaf ignored him.
"I see something. I see the dump." The old leaf cried out. "I see smoke. Come up here. I see fire."
"I see nothing," the maple leaf said.
Tommy saw the fence that surrounded the city dump. He was happy to be with his friend. They would have fun in the dump.
Suddenly, a car pulled up. It was Tommy's mom. Mrs. Pennington wasn't about to let her little boy run into the city dump.
"Not so fast," she said getting out of the car. "You are not allowed to play in there. Don't you see the smoke?"
Tommy watched the maple leaf blow against the wall and struggle to get over. He ran over to get it but was unable to reach it.
Mrs. Pennington walked over and took the leaf. She put it in her pocket.
"There," she said, "it will be safe until we get home."
Tommy smiled, ran to the car and got in. He rolled down the back window and looked up into the sky. He wondered where the old leaf had gone. Perhaps one day he would see what the old leaf had seen - perhaps.

SWAD

I think the strength that i have is determination and in doing something that I like, something that can be a works, tasks, or games. Especially if I have a responsibility for that, I will do my best to finish it.

The weakness that i have is my ambition to get things done with my way and should be the same with what I want. Many people can't do what I want, so I take away the things that should be done by other that makes me tired and sometimes the work not finished because too many things that I have to do.

My ability is able to make the system that makes a work is completed as expected, I can also see the negative things in an event that i organized and find the best solution to solve. I also can make a good decision precisely.

I have a dream to become a large-scale businessman. I think my ability will help me to achieve that. Although my weakness can make me failed but because I am aware of my weakness, I can handle it and try hard to achieve it.

All people are born with ability and weakness, all people have the ability but not all people have the ability to know what theirs ability and weakness.

Cheetah

Cheetah

The cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus).

The cheetah can run faster than any other land animal— as fast as 112 to 120 km/h (70 to 75 mph) in short bursts covering distances up to 500 m (1,600 ft), and has the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in three seconds.
Cheetah lived in most of Africa and parts of the Middle East. It is the only extant member of the genus Acinonyx.

Descript

The cheetah's chest is deep and its waist is narrow. The coarse, short fur of the cheetah is tan with round black spots measuring from 2 to 3 cm (0.79 to 1.2 in) across. The tail usually ends in a bushy white tuft. The cheetah has a small head with high-set eyes. Its thin and fragile body make it well-suited to short bursts of high speed, but not to long-distance running.

Body

The adult cheetah weighs from 21 to 72 kg. Its total head-and-body length is from 110 to 150 cm, while the tail can measure 60 to 84 cm in length. Males tend to be slightly larger than females and have slightly bigger heads, but there is not a great variation in cheetah sizes and it is difficult to tell males and females apart by appearance alone. Compared to a similarly sized leopard, the cheetah is generally shorter-bodied, but is longer tailed and taller.

Homesick

Homesick....
Feeling so faithless, lost under the surface
I want to fix this
But couldn't stop from tearing it down

All that i needed
Was the one thing i couldn't find
I dont know what stressed me first
Now, i need a little room to breathe

Fells like i'll never leave this place
There's no escape
I'm my own worst enemy
I felt this way before, so insecure

I can't find a face that i hold inside
A face that awakes when i close my eyes
A face that wathces every time i lie
A face that laughs every time i fall

But if you think i'd leave then you were wrong
Cause i wont stop holding on
I will burn every bridge i ever built
And comeback for the home that you've stolen

Homesick...
Cause i no longer now
Where home is

Final Exam

The main purpose of this exam is to evaluate the result of 3/6 years that students have studied in the school. It’s a good purpose. But the practice of this exam can make many negative impact. But the practice of this exam can make many negative impact. But it can bring some positive impact too.
Negative impact can be made by goverment, bad people, and the students. National exam can be some event to goverment do the corruption. Many bad people can also make negative impact by sell the question paper or the keys of National Exam, the students buy it, and it can make bad culture for Indonesian students. For the students who are lazy to study for exam, they can buy the keys an get good score. It can be a tradition of Indonesian students if it always happens in every years. But National Exam can make positive impact too. The students are required to study for exam from the first semsester of last grade. They forced to preapare by read the book, do some Try Out, it can  make positive impact because it can sharpen their brain, their way to solve the problems. It’s important for our real life. The way to solve the problems can be different of student children and non-student children.
It’s goverment task for clear out all the negative impact because they have authority to make and changethe education system in this country. But i think, it can be better if National Exam is not sit in the chair, work on question paper, controlled by police. It’s better if students is asked to apply their knowledge in the real life. For example is make some device that use phsics law and sell it by economics knowledge.
